When I did your beginner training plan the first time in May, I had a hard time walking the 45 minutes with >10# backpack - that was May 18. Yesterday was August 17, just 3 months later, & I hiked 4 miles, pretty hilly, in 93 minutes with the backpack. For me, it’s huge - I feel strong & competent again.
